Stavanger Open is an annual competition for school bands in Norway. Adjudicators assess the bands both on the basis of musical performance and entertainment/stage presence separately. The competition is organized by parents in Auglend and Tjensvoll school band and hosts around 25 bands and 1000 musicians each year.
